Capacity is driven by productive picker-hours, not scheduled headcount alone; a recent observed pick rate is more useful than a vendor benchmark. The exact Picking Capacity formula
Daily picking capacity equals available pickers multiplied by productive hours per picker and observed orders per hour. The visible fields are Available pickers, Productive hours per picker and Observed pick rate. If those scopes differ, the displayed orders the team can pick may be arithmetically valid but operationally meaningless.
